In 2019, Derek was hired by Alex Hormozi's Gym Launch as one of the business coaches. Less than 6 months later he was promoted to Coaching Team Lead and oversaw the operations, strategy, and execution of the Coaching Department.
In March of the following year, Derek jumped over to the Sales Department to help out due to high demand. He quickly embraced sales and was named Lead of the Sales Department that summer.
Through the rest of his time at Gym Launch, Derek continued in Sales, selling multiple offers such as Gym Launch's 16-week program, Gym Launch's "Gym Legacy" program, Hormozi's SAAS product "ALAN" resulting in multiple millions of revenue.
During his time at Gym Launch he was coached and mentored by Alex Hormozi on communication, business acumen, coaching, sales, and marketing. While being in the trenches with sales he was also tasked with continuing to hold coaching calls, offer and product development, and more.
Because of his success, he was also invited to speak live at one of Gym Launch's events on sales.
In 2022, Derek Stupski launched RapidSales.io, specializing in Sales Consulting, Operations, and Management.
